I design and build business process automation and internal systems for small and medium-sized businesses. The work starts with understanding how your current process actually works — where information is entered, who is responsible for each step, where repetitive work happens, and where delays or information gaps appear. Depending on the business need, the solution can include: • Sales and order tracking• Customer request management• Internal admin tools• Task and responsibility assignment• Workflow status tracking• After-sales service workflows• Reporting and data export• Data validation• API and system integrations• Automation between existing tools The goal is not to replace every existing tool. If an existing CRM, spreadsheet, SaaS product, or a small integration already solves the problem well, that may be the better option. I first map the workflow, identify the operational friction, and then design the simplest practical system that fits the real process. The final scope, technology, timeline and price are defined after reviewing the actual business requirements. Based in Gyumri and available for remote projects across Armenia.
