# Pregnancy Registration and Management

👩🏻‍💻Before pregnancy registration, an ultrasound is performed to confirm the presence of a gestational sac in the uterine cavity. At 6-7 weeks, the fetal heartbeat can already be heard, followed by a detailed medical history discussion, after which you can proceed with registration.____________🤰🏻What tests are performed:General blood test (blood type, Rh factor, etc.), biochemical analysis, coagulogram, microbiological tests (Hepatitis B and C, syphilis, HIV), general urinalysis, vaginal discharge smear examination, sonographic examination of the mammary glands and thyroid gland, thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), free thyroxine (FT4), Anti-TPO, ECG, therapist consultation, and if there are extragenital diseases, consultation with the appropriate specialist.____________Visits are scheduled every 4 weeks if the pregnancy is progressing smoothly, and more frequently if there are accompanying conditions.__________At 11-13/6 weeks of pregnancy, genetic screening (PAPP-A, βhCG) and sonographic screening are performed, with the aim of detecting fetal abnormalities (trisomy 13, 18, 21) in the first trimester._________In the 2nd trimester, at 18-22 weeks, an ultrasound screening examination of the fetal organ systems is performed._________At 26-28 weeks: Doppler examination._____________At 30 weeks: laboratory tests.At 32 weeks: CTG examination. After this week, visits are scheduled every 2 weeks. At 34 weeks, fetal sonographic examination; at 36 weeks, laboratory tests — general blood test,-general urinalysis.At 38 weeks, ultrasound of the fetus again.__________List of required documents:-passport (of the pregnant woman and her husband),-state birth assistance certificate,-exchange card,-marriage certificate,-public service card (social card).
