REGULUS GROUP LLC is an Armenian customs brokerage company founded in 2013. The company was founded and is managed by Aram Kocharyan. Today, our six-member team operates from Yerevan, serving local and international companies importing and exporting goods in Armenia.

We work with importers, exporters, manufacturers, trading businesses, and logistics companies. Customs brokerage is our core specialisation. When required, we also assist with international freight and the delivery of customs-cleared goods through reliable transportation partners.

Our involvement begins before the goods arrive in Armenia—at the purchasing or export-planning stage. We review contracts, invoices, packing lists, transportation documents, and technical specifications, verify product descriptions, determine the appropriate EAEU HS classification, calculate expected customs duties and taxes, and identify any required certificates, licences, expert opinions, or other permits.

Our key advantage is the ability to identify potential issues in advance and resolve them before the shipment is dispatched. This helps clients avoid document corrections, additional costs, extended storage charges at customs warehouses, and delays in the release of their goods.

We handle both high volumes of regular shipments and complex, non-standard customs cases. Our experience includes servers and IT equipment, industrial and technical machinery, medical and laboratory products, food products, and goods subject to certification or special permit requirements. We also manage customs procedures involving leased goods, temporary imports and exports, re-exports, transit shipments, and other specialised customs regimes.

On behalf of our clients, we prepare and submit customs declarations, communicate with the customs authorities, respond to official queries, support cargo inspections, and monitor each case through to the release of the goods. For new businesses and first-time importers, we develop the entire customs roadmap in advance, including documentation and permit requirements, expected costs, and the sequence of necessary actions.
