Turn.am is not responsible for any issues that may arise between service providers and public users.

4. Compliance with Laws Service providers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to their services and business practices. Turn.am reserves the right to remove any listings or terminate any accounts that violate these laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property Turn.am and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of turn.am or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Service providers may not use turn.am's intellectual property without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability Turn.am is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising from the use of turn.am or from any information, content, or services provided by turn.am.

7. Indemnification Service providers agree to indemnify and hold harmless turn.am, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or other expenses arising from their use of turn.am or from any content or services they provide on turn.am.

8. Modifications Turn.am reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, without notice. Service providers and public users should review these Terms regularly to ensure they are aware of any changes. By continuing to use turn.am after any modifications, service providers and public users agree to be bound by the modified Terms.

9. Termination Turn.am may terminate service provider accounts or public user access to turn.am at any time, without notice, for any reason.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from the use of turn.am will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
