Service Information

Service providers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their services, including their working hours, legal information, and photos. Turn.am is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the information provided by service providers.

User Reviews

Users can leave reviews about service providers on turn.am. Service providers understand and agree that they may receive both positive and negative reviews, and turn.am is not responsible for the content of any review. Service providers may not manipulate reviews or offer incentives for positive feedback.

Bookings

Public users can book appointments with service providers through turn.am. Service providers are responsible for honoring their appointments and providing the services listed on turn.am. Turn.am is not responsible for any issues that may arise between service providers and public users.

Compliance with Laws

Service providers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to their services and business practices. Turn.am reserves the right to remove any service listing or terminate any account that violates these laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property

Turn.am and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of turn.am or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Service providers may not use turn.am's intellectual property without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Turn.am is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of turn.am or any information, content, or services provided.

Modifications

Turn.am reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Service providers and users should regularly review these Terms to ensure they are aware of any changes. By continuing to use turn.am after any modifications, service providers and public users agree to comply with the revised Terms.

Termination

Turn.am may terminate service providers' accounts or users' access to turn.am at any time without notice for any reasonable cause.

You understand and agree that Turn.am may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate or temporarily suspend your access to the Site, and Turn.am may employ any other means and remove any Materials if Turn.am believes that your use of the Site or the Materials you provide violate the Terms of Use. Turn.am is not obligated to provide any compensation if your status as a Registered User has been terminated because, in Turn.am's discretion, you violated the Terms of Use.

Payments

Posting up to 4 services on the turn.am website is free. Payments are required to increase limits and promote service publications. We may, at any time and at our discretion, fully or partially discontinue or modify the type and quantity of paid services offered on the turn.am website by notifying visitors in advance about the nature of the changes.

Payment for services does not imply special treatment regarding the publication. If the publication violates the site's Terms of Use, is placed in an inappropriate section, or contains improper information, it will be removed from the site. In this case, it will not be restored, the service will not be extended to other publications, and no refund will be made.

In the event of possible technical issues related to the site's operation, due to which the activation of one of the paid services failed, the turn.am website guarantees the full provision of the service to the client upon presentation of proof of payment (payment receipts, bank electronic statements/receipts). The amount paid for services is non-refundable.

Activation of paid services may fail due to issues arising on the site or in the payment systems presented on turn.am. In such cases, clients should contact the support services of the specified payment systems or the bank servicing their card.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the use of turn.am is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
