A catering order includes the menu, serving format, guest count, venue logistics, staff, rentals, delivery and cleanup. Give providers the same event brief so proposals are comparable.
State whether you need a buffet, plated meal, coffee break, reception snacks, boxed meals or corporate lunch delivery. Confirm whether the provider supplies food only or also setup, servers and clearing.
Give the guest count, event type, serving time and duration. List vegetarian, religious, medical and allergy-related requirements separately. For serious allergies, discuss ingredients and cross-contact directly with the provider.
Describe kitchen access, potable water, electricity, refrigeration, loading, parking, lifts and waste facilities. Include required tables, linen, plates, glasses, cutlery, warming or cooling equipment and decorations in the quote.
Compare the same portions, menu, drinks, staff hours, rentals, transport, setup and cleanup. Clarify deposits, cancellation, guest-count changes, overtime, breakage and taxes. A food-only price is not comparable with a staffed package.
Confirm transport, safe holding, arrival, setup deadline, serving sequence, responsible contacts and removal time. Verify current Armenian food-safety and permit requirements with the provider, venue and relevant authority.
Keep one written event sheet with the final count, menu, special meals, equipment, staff, timetable and payment balance. Check quantities and labeled special portions before guests arrive.
