Нужно было комплексно почистить домашний кондиционер. Плюсы: - быстро приняли заявку - менеджер хорошо говорит по русски, решил все вопросы - приехали в тот же день через 3 часа - стоимость известна сразу - у мастера было всё необходимое - чистые стены и пол - кондиционер работает лучше - быстро Минусы: - на обоих блоках кожухи не снимались, много грязи осталось, пришлось доделывать самостоятельно - дренаж не чистили, в лотке под конденсат осталось много грязи - мастер по русски говорит плохо, было сложно объясниться - менеджер передал мастеру только мои контакты, подробности заказа пришлось рассказывать повторно - никакого заказ-наряда или письменной гарантии не выдают. В итоге хотел получить услугу под ключ, а получилось, что лучше бы самостоятельно сделал, и денег сэкономил бы заодно, по совокупности советовать не могу

Pros: - request accepted quickly - manager speaks good Russian, resolved all questions - they came the same day within 3 hours - the cost was known upfront - the technician had everything needed - clean walls and floor - the AC works better now - fast Cons: - on both units the covers weren't removed, a lot of dirt remained, had to finish it myself - the drainage wasn't cleaned, a lot of dirt remained in the condensate tray - the technician speaks poor Russian, was hard to communicate - the manager only passed my contacts to the technician, had to explain the order details again - no work order or written warranty is provided. In the end I wanted a turnkey service, but it turned out I'd have been better off doing it myself and saving money too, overall I can't recommend it
