I had a very disappointing experience with this car rental company. At pickup, the staff were friendly and smiling, telling me not to worry about the existing scratches because they were minor and already documented. The rental price was also slightly cheaper than competitors, which initially seemed like a good deal. They also encouraged me to leave a positive review by offering a small discount or incentive. When they realized I was not interested, their attitude changed completely.
