I help register as a seller from Armenia and conduct effective sales.
My responsibilities include:
- Provide consultations to clients regarding packaging, labeling, warehouse selection, and product documentation.
- Help clients calculate the cost of goods and profit margin so they do not incur losses during sales.
- Register the client in the «личный кабинет».
- Create product listing cards.
- Process shipments.
- Create product labels and send them to the client for printing.
- Monitor shipments and received goods.
- Work with promotions, set prices, discounts, and compile recommendations.
- Competently work with reviews, questions, and the customer service department.
- Develop a promotion strategy.
- Handle card promotion and launch internal advertising on the WB platform.
- Communicate with clients and answer all their questions.
