About company

MaxMonitor is a media monitoring, analysis, and uation system developed by Mediamax Media Company.

Mediamax is Armenia’s only independent media group. It comprises the Mediamax.am, Banks.am, Itel.am, Bravo.am, Sport.Mediamax.am, Gastrovino.Mediamax.am, Adver.am, and Auto.am portals and websites, the Mediabrand communications agency, and the MaxMonitor system.

Mediamax is the only company in the South Caucasus that is a member of FIBEP, the international federation for media monitoring, analysis, and uation. This membership enables us to stay continuously informed about the latest innovations and trends in the industry.

MaxMonitor monitors and analyses Armenia’s online media, including approximately 150 websites, Facebook pages and Telegram channels, the print media, comprising around a dozen publications, and news and analytical programmes broadcast by nine television channels.

The system operates on the basis of keywords entered by MaxMonitor specialists in accordance with the client’s requirements. MaxMonitor is a paid subscription-based system. After signing a contract, the subscriber receives a username and password.

The system consists of two sections: Monitoring and Analytics.

Subscribers are granted an access level corresponding to the terms of their contract, allowing them to use either the Monitoring services only or both the Monitoring and Analytics services.

The system interface is available in Armenian, Russian, and English.

Most MaxMonitor processes are automated. The system is flexible and capable of serving small, medium-sized, and large organisations.

The system’s subscribers include several dozen private companies and public institutions, such as banks, telecommunications operators, ministries and government agencies, international organisations, and embassies.
