Cadastral surveying in Yerevan
A cadastral survey records the geometry of land or a building for a defined property procedure. The required package depends on whether the purpose is first registration, updated object data, subdivision, consolidation, plan clarification or another cadastral action. It is not a market valuation, architectural design or general construction surveying.

Define the property action
Tell the provider what result is required and who will receive it. Forward specifications from the receiving body, notary, designer or adviser directly. If the correct procedure is unclear, establish it with the appropriate competent party first. A surveyor can define technical work but does not determine ownership or resolve an inheritance issue.
Prepare the property record
Provide available title or use documents, cadastral identifier, previous plan, address and information about physical changes. For land, identify access, visible markers, fences and unclear boundary areas. For a building, disclose added, removed or altered parts. Confirm authority requirements when the customer is not the owner.
Handle discrepancies carefully
The previous plan, physical fence, occupied area and current building outline may differ. The provider should record observed geometry and explain the technical scope rather than alter results to match a preferred outcome. A neighbour boundary dispute is not settled by one survey; obtain appropriate advice on the required procedure.
Agree and inspect the package
List the field measurements, plan, digital formats, provider confirmations and other required materials. Establish who submits the package, responds to returned comments and covers revisions or repeat visits. At handover, check the address, cadastral identifier, customer details, complete area coverage, legends and file operation.
Compare scope and price
Cost may depend on property type, plot size and form, building count, access, record condition, discrepancies, deliverables and additional visits. Compare the same scope and ask whether drafting, digital files, submission and revisions are included.
