Specialized Post-Construction Steam Cleaning Service

The service includes, but is not limited to, the following works:

☑️ Provision of a steam device, vacuum cleaner, all types of necessary materials and other supplies (except ladders).

☑️ Initial removal of post-construction dust and debris,

☑️ Removal of post-construction dust from ceilings, walls, and chandeliers/lighting fixtures,

☑️ Thorough steam cleaning of all windows and glass surfaces, frames, removal of adhesive tapes, construction stains and other marks,

☑️ Steam washing of heating panels from the inside and outside,

☑️ Thorough removal of construction paint, glue or other material marks from floors and tiled walls (steam applied as needed),

☑️ Thorough cleaning and polishing of interior and exterior surfaces of kitchen furniture and appliances, steam cleaning of tiled walls,

☑️ Final cleaning and polishing of floors,

☑️ Thorough steam cleaning and disinfection of bathroom walls, sinks, toilets, bathtubs and shower cabins.

Price list: 1 sq.m. 600-900 AMD depending on the size, type of windows and presence of furniture. Discounts are provided for larger areas.
