In my work I use functional training, strength training, Animal Flow, myofascial release, and massage. I conduct training sessions in the gym, outdoors, at home, and online. Sessions can be individual or group. The gyms are located in Arabkir. One is for strength training, the other is a yoga studio — with music or in silence without noise. It is suitable for Animal Flow training and equipment-free rehabilitation.
